FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.
While we try our best to provide goods and services to customers all over the world, some items may not be available for purchase due to logistics and custom laws, to avoid disappointment contact us at info@azratec.com to ensure we are able to ship to your location.
Orders are usually processed between one (1) - three(3) business days. Customizable products may take up to five (5) business days Orders come with tracking details unless otherwise stated.
Most orders should be received between 10 to 21 business day after the order has been processed. This time depends heavily on the country you are ordering from.
Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for each country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions on calculating import costs, if any.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase . After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to one (1) - two (2) business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after one (1) - two (2) business days, please contact us through email for further assistance.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at sales@azratec.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.
DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
We only accept items being deemed lost if undelivered after Fifty (50) business days from purchase date.
